The other cars arent moving because this is just a static image taken by google earth a while ago. The tracker moves, you don't see the car itself. Its a bit like playing a ball maze game on a picture of other balls going through a maze. The real one moves, the images dont. get it now?

@tutorialsniper Actually not... it could be a GPS tracking system in Google Earth, like tracking your friends iPhone using the Google Earth maps. Maybe this video is fake, but maybe this system could be a reality in later versions of this program.

Are you guys stupid. Its a gps tracking device attached to his car. And it uses a special plug-in for google earth and plot where he is going. Its not a real time satellite image its gps tracking. I don't know if this particular video is real or not, but I have used software like this.

I don't think they would allow Real Time sattelite with cars moving and everything. Because it would cost WAY too much money, and it could be used to spy on people.
