Newly written stories proudly called "Lore" are just thumb-sucked silly stories, having nothing at all to compare with a Tolkien's work. The game has it's great features, but it's very far now from what it represented at the very beginning. Kinda sad, but ...Turbine must be spinning...

lotro has amazing HD graphics :P yes it took like 7 hours to download the high res version and like another 2 hours to install it (its like 13gb -.-) but its was totally worth it because playing on Ultra High settings is ORGASMIC lol

they are saying the game is easy dummie, not one boss fight in the whole freakin game that you dont even need to do.

You can just farm first four bosses in ICC and get decent gear, and that is definetly easy. At least in LOTRO you have more things to do that go towards character improvement besides gear.

@orcfeller Yeah, but who wants "decent" gear. Everyone wants the best gear. My guild just got down 9/12 H 25. Some fights are easier than others but some are hard. I never mentioned LOTRO in my comment because I only played it for a few weeks. I didn't personaly like it. My main discrepency at the time I think was the crafting system, and the ways the groups worked. I dont entirely remember, just that I joined to "dungeon" kind of quest and didn't get credit. Not saying WoW is better.

@SpennyPwns ??? its Final Fantasy XI. Just like in any MMO, yes you can buy armor, but real good armor cannot be sold/bought. The reason people play LOTRO is because it -=DOESN'T=- require any work to get items... thats the draw to it. What does this do? Lures in lazy ppl who can only play 30 minutes at a time :P Just not my cup of tea as a mmorpg fan :) Enjoy!

Yet this game doesn't require your life or half of your day devoted to it to have fun. No, I'm not a casual gamer, but you shouldn't have to have no life to play it. I love FF games, but the clunky interface and feel to the game = turnoff. And really all the servers are JP times, there are no US servers, so it will have maintenance during US times. Right?
