@Anacleto2007 Tentei e fiquei tão aterrorizada quando (acho) comecei a sair do meu corpo porque vi um ser estranho. Tentei acordar mas demorou uns segundos e aí acordei a gritar, a transpirar, aterrorizada mesmo. Eram 3h30 da manhã, às 4h ainda estava a tremer, tive até que tomar um calmante :S

isso realmente acontece, eu testei com respiração, uma vez, mas não consegui. na outra vez tentei com pensamento, foi então que consegui sair do corpo, senti um tremor, tipo um choque, e me vi do lado da cama, o que vi o quarto parecia muito antigo, era muito silencio, não sabia para onde ir, me deu um medão e voltei pro corpo. o que realmente me assustou foi que o pensamento estando fora do corpo pensa muito rapido, não aconselho a fazerem...Fiquem com Deus

Simplismente pensei em sai do corpo, quando me dei conta estava com paralisia no corpo, me deixei levar pelo barulho, só que sem medo, depois voltei como se estivesse entrando numa paralisia mais profunda e um pouco mais longa, ai quando me deixe levar tudo ficou preto e acorde na minha cama, vi que as coisas não estavam normais (porém estava euforico) e andei por minha casa, tudo estava muito escuro e ficando cada vez mais, até que acordei,. 20s mais ou menos.
