@sheasuxks Welcome to society... I think times will change over the next few generations, but as it stands today it's still not socially acceptable to be outside the box we call the family of the majority.
I would love to see the day that being gay or straight is a non-issue.. Gay people have always existed at the same levels as it is now.... it wasn't until recently that it's became more common knowledge.
I think it's really brave of you to show displays of public affection, when you were with girls how did you handle the physical side of it if you don't mind me asking
@separatesix I could fake things very well. When I was in front of people i'd try to be affectionate as possible. But than when we were alone i'd be like uh yeah I'm not really feeling this.
Thanks for sharing! Honestly, we LGBT people constantly struggle with the stuff you've mentioned such as acceptance with others and eventually ourselves. More people should be as brave and proud as you. Happy Coming Out Day!
*continued* & in the end I believe they said 1 or 2 people got out....so it wasn't as much a big deal as people were making it out to be. The military isn't there to have opinions & go against leadership...you do what your told & follow orders & if your told there will be gays in the military you don't fuckin say NO I QUIT...you're in the fuckin military! Anyway I'm sure they said the same shit when blacks were being introduced...it's all just bullshit & things will change eventually. =D
Can I tell you something: There are cultures where polygamy is common & people talk about monogamy being natural or normal..but the reason I say that there is polygamy is to show that there are disparities & there isn't a solid norm. In argentina there are people who would have sex with someone of the same sex but wouldn't classify themselves as gay, culture has a lot to do with it. When they were introducing gays to the military in canada it was expected that many would quit, huge uproar etc.
what's that humming noise in the background? it's like you're in a helicopter or something.
