Hey sorry i dont understand could you please help? I way 70kg so how much water should i drink? Do i convery it to ounces then drink half that number? Thanks :) I live in New Zealand so were not too familiar with ounces lol It'd be great if you could help though :) 5 stars
In America we weigh ourselves most often in pounds. 1 kg is equal to 2.2 pounds.
For you, 70 kg is equal to 154 pounds. So drink half of that (77 ounces) which would be close to 10 glasses. If you exercise a lot sometimes that number increases, but remember this includes all beverages, water being the ideal choice. :)
Oh thank you very much! I drink as much water as i can. Your training area looks really good and you have some awsome equiptment! We dont use the stand up punching bags, we used these thing called tuckets which you hold and kick ( i do Taekwondo) but yea if i lived in america i would definitly come to your training. :)
this made me thirsty
