I bet that none of this people just saying "ugh, out of tune" or "boring interpretation" actually know nothing about the cello.¡come on, this boy is not a soloist, is obviously just a student! and in my opinion he is in the way to get a pretty good technique. In a few years he can be playing this very well, if he keeps working. ¡Good job!

@enetwaith It's what's on the sheet music. Usually in private lessons, As I assume this is, the teachers usually have you focus more on technique than improvisation and expression.

Very good. Though try to cover up the shift from the high E to the B at 1:30 . It sounds much better when that shift is inaudible.

Your left elbow sits too low though.Also the tempo is too slow- it sounds laboured at this speed. You have the technique to play it up too speed so give it a try.
