Another cool possibility with all 3 weapons used is:

Getting Haste.

Going to a wall beside the way out.

Placing Nade below you, change to RL and combine Rocketjump with exploding Nade. Then changing to plasma and make the rest with plasma climb.

(you can also stay on RL if you like, that works fine too. but its without using the plasma then).

@snugglebear97653 had the same problem at first. the only possibilty is trying, trying, trying. its so easy now. i cant imagine today how the first area was impossible for me at the beginning too. but completing the whole jumping tutorial without problems today.

There's also a hidden cubby hole on the second rocket jumping path. First set of jumps, after the third platform look behind you and up. You'll see a closed door on the ceiling/wall. It opens when you rocket jump up to it. "Oh snaaaap!" will show up on your screen when you get to it. Has poster of orb in there. :]

and you can go up there (at the bonus room entry ledge) without haste. Granades. Plasma or anykind of cheats

And to top of secret room you can plasmaclimb at middle of two iron um.... Things cant remember word xD

nice, I did the first 2 but number 3 seems pretty hard.. couldn't do it, yet.

I found another way tho, if you just jump straight up with haste and spam rockets below you you will just go higher and higher till the platform, strafe to it and you did it in 2 seconds with no effort lol

man theres another secret I found! Go to the 2nd course of the quakelive rocket training, then if you jump 1 time then if you jump in the air high enough to get to the trap door you'll se an ORB with an eye and then a text that says: "OOOOOOOHHHH SNAP!" I'm the first who found it! wohoo!

That stage was really hard for me. I could't enter the bunus stage until I got that heast at the teleporter. Then I got back there and rocket jumped up, like this guy in the video. But I had to try about 40 times till I got it to the side of the teleporter before that.

the easiest is start a bot match with no bots in it then type devmap qzpractice1 into the console then give all then god then give haste get to that place, and then use a bfg with haste easiest way lol

the easiest way is to complate the last challange to get haste + the plasma gun, jump into the water to get to start and plasma climb to the bonus room w/ haste after that fall nicely down, then plasma climb wall to get to exit :P alternately you could plasma climb the path back aswell
