btw, verry annoying situations we are finding every day in UK,especially In London.Traffic is being generated by road works,traffic lights placed to often.Every 25meters must be traffic lights.I know safety first but....
More fuel burnt is another reason.Someone was paid to do that i bet.
It shows many good reasons to hop on your bycicle. Unfurtunately, with affordable low energy use cars coming on-line it will take continual gridlock (or higher taxes and restrictive regulations) for most to give up their cars. But, we can only do what we can and hope.
