  • Aren't cops required to give you their name and badge number?

  • You are so worried about your rights you step on everyone else's rights. I have the right to privacy and don't want to be taped then, you argue with me that you can do what ever you want. This is why people who do these videos are the biggest idiots on the face of the Earth.

  • You say they harass you and are trying to take away your rights but how about just having a little respect for others wishes if someone ask you not record them public servant o not what's wrong with not recording them. Now I understand if there doing suspicious activitys I'm all for it I'll even be your lights man but if there just doing the job in a respectable manor why not just leave them alone. Also what are your views on the government in Keene what do you believe should happen there (open

  • Lmao, the other 3 officers knew they weren't going to win against you so they didn't join, haha.

  • dave stop trying to start a fight

  • another government ass found out by ridley. see how he runs off like a rat.

  • Some of your views seem pretty nutty but I respect your huge cajones.

  • o its all about taking the usa cash they are selling the usa out now

  • this control will keep going on and 1 day you will sit when told to its sad in the usa this trash happens omg control usa is what it is

  • "seemed a little mouthy from the get-go" - yeah, man, how come you don't know your place? Government officials are up there, and "we, the people" are down here. You act like they work for you. Remember: they order the people around, the people don't order them around. That's why "jon" the police man was immediately defensive, asking if you were "ordering" him around. He's not accustomed to being ordered around by "the people". Act with appropriate humility. Know your place. Live on your knees.

  • Freaking.com seems like a placeholder... doesn't have much to do with New Hamshire

  • NH school flipping out over planned open carry protest?

I'm receiving reports that Plymouth State University is cancelling at least some classes in reaction to gun rights activists' plan to challenge weapon restrictions.

There are also allegations that the timing of the event may inadvertently inconvenience students. Click link below, if available, or see video descrip for details.

  • It should be very cut-and-dried, either you can or can't tape in "X" place.

  • wow....he walks away when confronted with the truth

  • Leave the old fascist alone!!! /running mascara

  • i live in the state of washington and i am wondering if we can go into a court room and legaly tape them? anyone know?

  • What's the point of this little escapade, to possibly aggaravate a public official so you can catch the official's reaction on video and then try to claim your rights were violated? Too stupid. And a waste of time.

  • @4orrcountry you completely miss the rights he's simply trying to prove are not being adhered to, without people like him, people end up in jail without knowing why...

  • @silicon605 Sonny? Sunshine? And what's up with the capslock? You're not even arguing against what I said, sonny. You're ridiculous.

  • Good work Ridley. He treated your horribly. I guess, when you were questioning him, you also treated him poorly but there is a big difference. You were paying him to treat you horribly. He was getting paid by you to be treated in a similar fashion.

  • Wow! Ridley seemed a bit testy today. I'm glad these folks are getting more aggressive in their reporting.

  • Not meaning to be mean or anything but.... are all NH government officials or at least public servants, fat and out of shape? Seriously? Just askin.

  • Stick it to the man, but at least be more polite.

  • I love how you go around causing trouble, long live the revolution!

  • There is a difference between recording a public servant, and recording one out of spite.

  • that's ridiculous, he didn't try to force you to do anything, you're just annoying and if you try to film anybody in the street and stand there with that kind of atitude of "you can't stop me from recording you", you'll get punched in the face. I would get annoyed if i had a moron point a camera at me for no reason but to provoke me.

  • Rick Perry Dot Com!

  • I can just hear the conversation they were having...

"We don't like him taping. He's standing there taping us now."

    "What can we do?"

"Well can we charge him with something?"

"I don't know what we could charge him with."

"Well, I don't like him taping..."

That's a flaw in human character... Clothe a man in a uniform and give him a tin badge, and suddenly he becomes a jerk.

  • Proof of the arrogance. Are you ordering me? Only the Gestopo can give orders. Video record while you can. I am sure they will make it against the law to record someone without there consent. Unless it is the government recording you. The police hate when you record them making arrest. As they will tell yo to get back or they will arrest you too.

    Keep up the great work.

  • You looked like you were seeking to incite a reaction. If you had completely ignored him, you would of gotten the same result; uninterrupted footage.

  • You're way too nice Dave. "I don't want you to audio tape me here today" ... "Well, that's great sir. Learning to live without what you want but can't have builds character!"

  • It seems like you went in there looking for a fight. And that's fine, but it's better to be polite and let them get hostile if they wish while you remain peaceful. You seemed a little mouthy from the get go.

  • @amazonhippie Man tries to supress 1st amendment rights. Man reacts. Looking for a fight? Nope.

  • @cincinatus90 I understand that. I put that in my comment. BUT... being mouthy from the very beginning isn't good either. Being disrespectful (even if you're within your rights) isn't going to bring respect in return.

  • @amazonhippie And also, he might be a little pissed because these people are still trying to stop him from taping even after all thats happened. They shouldnt be doing that.

  • @amazonhippie imagine that, a guy who's right are being trampled got a little mouthy.... ow no... staying as calm as he did must have been difficult

  • Man, I miss NH. I grew up there in Raymond.I was up there back in 2007 to see some childhood friends.

  • Solution: abolish police and prisons.

  • I've recorded a video of municipal police officers giving tickets to pedestrians and the video got "rejected due to illegal content" three times.

  • Good job! It's difficult to do this! Give it shot some time.....it takes balls to stand up for your rights now! Especially when your taping police...I can say that i've been there many times!

  • botherances? lol

  • Hey, if your doing your job right you have nothing to worry about, right? That's nearly the same line they'll give us when they want to illegal search us. I guess the system doesn't like when thier own tactics are used on them.

  • These people like to call themselves "public servants". Then the public certainly has a right to observe, monitor and tape their servants while said servants are on public dime.

  • @carcabe they don't care about you and me, all they want is their nice government pay check.

  • Why did you get smart with him right away as if you wanted to pick a fight? Why don't you film something important like news or issues? I use to watch your channel when you had relevant material on it.

  • What a pathetic cowardly old man.
