No...because there is a perfectly good English word for "seiyuu".  I speak Japanese and use "seiyuu" when speaking Japanese and "voice actor" when speaking English. Using "seiyuu" in every day English speech is like using "rodosha" (laborer) or "seijika" (politician) in every day English speech....or changing ANY random job word into its Japanese equivalent in English speech.

"Dechu" is, I suspect, a corruption of "desu" which is a reflexive in highly formal Japanese. Really, really formal will end in "desu ka," iirc.

That, btw, is the reason Souiseki ends her sentences with "desu."
