I've had a tater tot casserole before. Looks a bit different than the schools version (which looks more like a tuna casserole), but it was good. What happened to your shoulder? Hope it heals fast!

In Minnesota, HotDish means the same as the word Casserole does in the rest of the country. In MN, you can pretty much assume that it will contain cream of mushroom soup rather than a brown gravy or tomato based sauce. It's usually rich in flavor and heavy on the starch. Comfort food. Stick to your ribs food. Keep you warm in 30 below 0 food.
