Cenk is so right on this one. Yes, there SHOULD be a heavy price to pay for defrauding the public. It would be be nice to see it happen......but at the same bittersweet satisfaction like that of putting anyone in jail after committing a heinous crime. If Madoff went to jail for life, why should the guys who defrauded the people of the world of trillions of dollars get the same fate??? Jailing them would be a frivolous use of taxpayer money.
I suggest a fiscally conservative solution.
Dig a large pit... line it with concrete... line the bastards up and kick 'em into the hole one at a time.
Then cap the hole with more concrete.
In the dark and damp they can feed on each other rather than the public.
I think we could keep the costs down to what it would take to jail half a dozen of them for a year.
It's the fiscally responsible thing to do.
