her name is chloe bruce, she's doing taekwon do. i'm not critical of the video but i really don't like the song, i show this video to my students to prove to them that if they keep training then they will be able to do this sort of thing. chloe was about 19 i think when she did this, she apparently now helps coreographers in martial arts.
