@fillecool2 Yea, the OBDII port. Usually under the steering wheel down by your feet. In my Explorer its right there, in my LS is was tucked away towards the right, and in my fiesta its a little more to the left.
Do you remember if you are able to retrieve freeze frame data with the check engine light? Freeze frame data is the information the ecu stores when a trouble code is thrown and i know it can be retrieve with an obdii actron scanner. That would be an awesome feature, but yet to see a demo showing this feature.
@rchassereau You most certainly can, with the paid version of the app, which I have. You can then use a feature to do a web lookup of the code as well.
I was wondering more about the graphing information. I currently have a p0420 code, which is catalyst effeciency. However, if I could read a graph of the MAF with the O2 sensors, plus the temperature sensor then I should be able to resolve my issue. Basically I wish to see a good view of the graphing capabilities. Great video though.
@rchassereau Thanks man, but there are TONS of features including some digital graphs and whatnot that I didnt show in the videos. That stuff is above my head, dont really understand them :P
@mrbloopisagod You can get the App in the Android marker free, or paid. You can get the Bluetooth OBD unit on eBay for around 20$ I reccomend the 40$ nicer ones, as they work a little smoother with the application and update faster.
Lemme guess your driving a ford explorer or ford ranger/mazda pickup....
