This solution actually uses TouchTV -- a multi-touch enabled television from Microsoft with some similar capabilities and a higher overall screen resolution than Surface.
Infusion used our Location Intelligence technology (check out our Falcon Eye video for another example) to develop the application for the 2016 bid.
The TouchTV itself is an external product that, like Surface, I don't believe is available for regular retail purchase yet. Microsoft unveiled this product at CES 2009 in January with TouchTV Networks so you may have some more luck finding out details with a search there.
