  • I want to have an O course in my backyard!!!! Looks so fun!!!! This guys a savage beast!!

  • this guy is ME

  • spiderman is real guys

  • @BARJUNKS at being homeless, and drunk only...hope this helps..

  • Rambooo

  • he makes this shuit look easy.. this stuff is pretty difficult for an nonathletic person

  • Thank you.

  • Looks a bit like Schwarzenegger...

  • I think I just witnessed a world record time on the O-course

  • he looks like arnold swarachananeggar

  • @xnf90x2 holy shit.

  • This is not even comparable to russian Spetsnaz ;)

  • @Zukhov1945 Your right, SEALs would kick theyre ass.

  • Navy SEALs kickin butt as always!

  • Jesus that guy is fast over the O-Course.

  • These guys just never stop inspiring me, I think of the Navy SEALs with every push up I do, and that's a lot of thought going through my head.

  • HXRGuitar that is true. Like any hyper-competitive, physical over-achiever, he probably has every step and move planned in advance (knows which foot goes up on the log first, etc.) but he is also in reasonably good shape!

  • OMG,ITS TARZAN OVER THERE >

  • You know how many times that guy probably went through that obstacle course.

I would say probably in the hundreds, That's why he is so badass at it. well also cause of his physical fitness.

  • Driving over the 32nd st bridge watching these guys go through hell while Im going to Tijuana to get my drink on...My priorities are f'd up lol!

  • I could beat him up!

  • I don't get it. Why train for Ironman if you are a seal. There's nothing to prove afterwards.

  • @etphonehome2915 In other words, he's pushing himself in a way he's never been pushed before because the mentality in the SEAL Teams isn't "Hey',we're badass Navy SEALs we don't have to do shit." The mentality is that every single day that they get to wear that Navy SEAL trident they need to earn it.. You're worthy of wearing the trident because you never stop working, learning, and pushing through barriers. Its the relentless pursuit of perfection that is never achieved but always striven for.

  • @drizown I understand. I respect seals alot, well because they have been through hell and back. I also think it is great that these guys keep their motivation high by setting new goals - it is the only way to grow.

  • @etphonehome2915

Their motto is the only easy day was yesterday. That statement does not mean that everyday of life just sucks

and only gets worse. It means that you are constantly seeking

to challenge yourself, to do something harder than you did the day before. each day should represent a new obstacle to over come. Everyday is against the grian

  • SEALs want to push themshelves each and every day. They live by their motto "The only easy day was yesterday"... SEALs want to be challenged to better themshelves, it's partially what SEAL is all about.

  • @mswoonc I know that, and it is a good thing to live by that motto. I just don't see it as that big a thing to compete in an ironman. Seals do 50 ironmen during their training so in other words: why do it if you aleady have completed the seal training which is a 100 times more demanding. It is like going backwards. A challenge is Ranger school or to climb Mount Everest, or to cross antarctica and things like that. On my scale an ironmans is tough but not extreme.

  • The SEALs are better than those rangers, I have seen some of the rangers and some of them are meat heads. And I what I mean is that some cannot innovatively think. SEALs do have a wide variety of expertise and what seperates them from the others is the water.

  • @DPat6590 I would not call the Rangers meat heads. It is not the same missions or line of work they do. Seal are more elite, but what I have seen and heard about the Rangers they are very tough and excellent soldiers.

  • when you are a seal you can talk shit

  • Hooah.

dude those push ups were shit. But that's probably during BUD/S. i'd be destroyed too.

  • I added apicture of you to my music video

I hope you find it moving

    you tube steel throttle thanks

  • pretty good inspiring

  • yeah it is

  • So much respect for these guys. Future seal HOOYA!!

  • i plan on Enlisting on a SEAL contract out of High School. you gonna try out for the SEAL teams also

  • Hooyah

  • Ditto

  • jup!

  • David Goggins 2:04?

  • he moves through the O-course like butter.

  • No doubt. He's money on the weaver.

  • this guy move like spiderman

  • @Sunthie of course he moves like spiderman he's a bloody FROGMAN

  • When i get older i wanna be able to get to be a Seal or SWCC and then some time in the future i wanna go back to boot camp for the navy and do the course w/ everyone and be a 40 year old man who can beat the 20 yr olds

    ahaha :D

  • he lloks like the guy who plays batman

  • @camelhumpchump hell, he can be batman

  • David Goggins @ 2:03 ?

  • that's a sad statement man. Pretty pathetic on your part

  • this guy is over 40 years old. Man I'm 24 and I WILL STAY in shape and exercise and be positive like I am now. I will be 40 in many years and I will still keep a good attitude and be healthy like this man. I was in the navy in the aircrew program and it taught me to be fit and stay healthy. I wasn't brainwashed w/ the negativities like arguing and fighting and being arrogant like my father. He listened to all the b.s. crap in the airforce.. not me. Positive mind..total control...happy life.

  • how come MARSOC doesnt have any cool commercials...

  • cause they know they won't measure up

  • this guy is a true inspiration.

  • that obstacle at 1:06 got utterly DESTROYED by him o_O

  • I sailed against this guy when he was in high school. He was bad ass and won every fricken race. Thats how he got a sailing scholarship to the naval academy. Good to have a guy like this in the military.

  • this guy just OWNED that obstacle course DAMN.

  • NAVY SEAL/SPIDER MAN/VENOW

  • guys check out 2:03 . That's David Goggins on the right standing up moving his fins.

  • yeah it is!! I didn't see him the first time watching this good eye

  • That guy was awesome I hope he does one of the Ironmans in Cali. so I can see him. Nice O-Course work.

  • Shit, I've never seen anyone blow through the O-Course like he did.

  • fastest in our class was in the low 5s... think the records still set at 459 though by danny dietz

  • Fitness keeps you alive.

  • Cool guy, kind of role model! What does percoveirance (I guess I wrote it wrong) means (at1:25)? I used google but could not find that word? THX!

  • perseverance. It means you keep trying at something even if you fail first time round, as in 'to persevere'

  • Thank you SATCfan69! Now I can go working on my perseverance :-)

  • it means no matter how many times you get knocked down, you get back up and keep fighting toward your goal, combat, academic, physical, doesnt matter. It means fighting through until you reach your goal

  • or die ;)

  • Wow, he was fast on the obstacle course.

  • This guy is a bad ass, he is destroying that obstacle course

  • im a pretty good swimmer, sometimes i like to train myself for military, i exercise and work out a lot. climbing ropes is fun, and theres this monkey bar exercise which is like eight feet off the ground in my park

im scared of going into the military, i might get beaten up cuz im korean... is navy seal tougher than the marines or what?

  • The SEALs go through the toughest military training in the world. There is no tougher program out there.

  • Joining the Military teaches you a lot of things and about what kind of person you really are. Don't be scared my Korean friend, nothing is impossible.

The only easy day was yesterday.

  • Are you considering to join the military? If so, how positive are you?

  • navy seals is the toughest military training, and dont worry seals have more on their heads than beating up korean's i'm sure the wouldn't care :)

  • very true

  • there are A LOT of koreans (and asians in general) in the U.S. Navy. i hope you do try out for the SEALs, that is what i am doing. it would be good to have some ethnic diversity in the SEALs- most of them are regular ol caucasian americans from the heartland with some african-americans. it would be good to see an asian face in the crowd.

  • coooooool

  • This is by far the best video put out by the Navy. Most of the things CMDR Davids said can be applied not only to becoming a SEAL, but also to anything someone strives to achieve. The things Davids said about overcoming obstacles is truly worth taking in. What he said about technical proficiency, commitment, mental capacity, and focusing on the end goal is entirely true. Anyone can take something from this video and put it to use in their life. Bravo Zulu and good luck to CMDR Davids!

  • good luck bro.

  • Awesome ...

  • Good luck Davids, you're gonna need it.

  • can u join the seals if i move from canada?

  • gotta be a US citizen.

  • can i become a u.s. citizen by living in the states for 5 years or something

  • Yes.

  • umm.. idk look it up

  • No, If I'm correct you have to be born in the United States

  • well ill look it up, because no mater what im joining the SEALS

  • well you must be a citizen.

  • good luck. im pretty sure you have to be a citezen though. i mean, sometimes you can join the navy to get citezenship, but im pretty sure thats puerto ricans. not sure. im pretty sure a green card will get you into the navy, but im not sure about special warfare. be prepared if you can get in. 80% dont make it

  • im 13 and ive been traing, im moving when im 20 maximum, and ive been running everyday, been going to the shooting range, and plus, im like inpervious to physical contact

  • thats good. but can you take the cold? watch the NAVY SEALS BUDS TRAINING Hellweek_1-9 vids.

good luck and keep training bro. sounds like youve got your mind made up.

  • are you a navy seal? i personally think the easiest thing for me will be swimming, i think the hardest will be jumping out of planes, ive got afear of heights

  • stop shooting, the SEALs will teach you how to shoot. just concentrate on running, strength building excersizes and swimming. NO SHOOTING.

  • hey, are you trying to be a SEAL or was one?

  • i am trying to be a SEAL but that is what my SEAL instructor told me, i asked him- should i learn how to shoot to prepare for SEALs? he said- no, do not do that- just work on your endurance and build up your stamina and strength, they will teach you everything you need to know- including how to shoot. if you do learn how to shoot, they will waste their time unteaching bad habits rather than teaching you the SEAL way of shooting.

  • Awesome. I've heard the same thing from reading and/or talking to SEALs. I'm shipping off to Boot Camp July 9th to become a SEAL. I just graduated h.s.

How's it going w/ you, or are you a few years younger?

  • how could i be a few years younger if you just graduated hs? anways i am leaving in february, and going to use that time to prepare- mentally and physically.

  • sorry i don't know why i said that. you got your contract then?

  • no i didn't, i am still a GM. i have to work on my swimming before they will give me the PST.

  • Funny, my friend who got through BUD/s told me the complete opposite. He learned basic target shooting with rifles and handguns, as well as how to use the sight systems, and said it's helped him get through Phase 3 of BUD/s.

  • really? look up don shipley here on youtube, he is an ex-navy seal and he has alot of videos that answer questions of people who are curious to be seals. he said he spent his whole childhood shooting, and that it was a shame because it just made it more difficult to unlearn bad habits when he started learning how to shoot in the SEALs. i don't want to sound like i know what i am talking about- i don't, these are just things i heard from reliable sources.

  • I don't think it would be too bad if you're just practicing target shooting and learning how to lollipop with the iron sights. I guess the only bad habit that can be created is when you go hunting.

  • puerto ricans dont need to join the navy to get citezenship. they already are cus is a usa territory like guam and saipan. but for special warfear all once u are in u need to submit a navy seal package and thats it. about if u are not a citezenship u will get it eventually. the only thing they might bother is for the security clearence thats why they ask u to have citezenship before u apply for navy seals once u are in the navy. i think u can get it in 2 years of service am not sure. good luck!

  • i looked it up. you gotta be a US citizen. why not go into Canadas military? its damn good as well. JF2 or whatever kicks ass

  • yes just take the test to be a us citizen
