Level Crossings are not there for your safety, they only exist because of bureaucratic laziness and departmental intransigence.

Insist on having a level crossing near you GRADE SEPARATED then you will be safe from these inappropriate 19th century technology, level crossings, thats were they belong back in the 19th century where they were invented.

or in some places, like faulconbridge, a 1 in 30 grade on a curve and a rock wall partially on one side and the GWH (route 32) there isnt space for grade separation.
