I am concerned that children are learning how to initiate others to Reiki. Teaching how to flow Reiki is fine, or to initiate them to the third degree, but to teach how to pass on the initiation, imagine if they just start initiating other school children to Reiki III all at once without being able to handle the responsiblity to go with it?
I guess you haven't read the book...It doesn't teach children (or anyone) how to attune or initiate others...teaches them what to expect in the attunement process. Even if it did, how can Reiki harm? Reiki can cause no harm. What responsibility are you worried they can't handle? The responsibility to help others?

The responsibility to embarrass themselves in front of their more rational peers and have them labeled as closed-minded and easy to fool?
My main concern is, parents who teach their kids this are not teaching their kids to be rational.
