  • Find a HOLISTIC DOULA OR MIDWIFE for natural birth & diet advice during pregnancy. Coconut oil & Shea butter are great to massage on belly to prevent stretch marks. Massage helps shorten the labor pains and it's less stressful on baby & mom. If mom is relaxed >> mom is relaxed too. I like NO Mustache better!

  • you would be the perfect dad :) ... your child you be so healthy and happy :)...but you are probably helping MANY children to live longer :P

  • love the mo bro

  • I can't believe you had a vasectomy! That is so sad:( You could have it reversed, anyway..

  • Is it just me or does durianrider look like a 70s porn star in this vid?

  • @durianrider stretch marks=zinc deficiency?

  • LOVE your total HONESTY here!!! It is so lacking in our society. The sleep deprivation and kid crawling up your leg...lol! I was so misinformed before I had my own kid. Everyone is afraid to say it like it is except you, it seems...love u DR!

  • Oh no, you don't want children. then it wouldn't be all about YOU!

  • @RichardPapen1 Most people who have children have it for selfish reasons. There is no non-selfish reason for having a child that cannot be met another way. If one loves babies and children so much, one should consider a career working with them or adopt a baby.

  • @RichardPapen1 I think another reason they wouldn't want to have a baby is because Freelea previously had a breast implant, so she could have possibly lost the ability to breast feed, and their ridiculous belief system will not allow them to make an exception for their child to drink goat's milk.

  • @rpmangin Actually losing the ability to breastfeed after having breast implants is a myth. I got breast implants back in 2001 and I had my son in 2007 and I nursed him for 3 years. I'm currently nursing my almost 5 month old daughter. Both babies had plenty of milk and are thriving beautifully.

  • @rpmangin Can you believe they still allow women to breast feed with implants? I would never. Raw goat milk from grass fed goats is easier for humans to digest >> smaller casein

  • For stretch marks she could try eating plenty of fruit, stay hydrated, exfoliate the skin with raw sugar, rub coconut oil on the skin, and get plenty of vitamin C and E. I have also heard that lavender and neroli essential oils are good for stretch marks. Yes and get plenty of sleep now! ;)

  • Check out my gardens! /watch?v=kahcbNTeCpA

  • @comfykittydesigns Vaccines is not helpful and should never have been invented, but when the disaster is there we have to do what we can to improve our lives. I would recomend that you also remove gluten, and animal products from his diet if he eats any, I believe Dr John McDougall speaks of this. Wish you all the best and good luck with everything! God bless.. you can do this! =)

  • NO VACCINES, NO INJECTIONS WHATSOEVER. NO VITAMIN K SHOT (SYNTHETIC ANYWAY)

Why do you not want to have children? You NEED to procreate and raise up more men that think like you do. (speaking to durianrider)

  • @WilliamTapley There's no guarantee your children will follow your lifestyle. From what DR said in one of his comments on this video, HIS PARENTS were not low fat raw vegan. Too much temptation in this world for children to follow the wrong path, so the only solution is to NEVER MAKE ANOTHER HUMAN!!

  • @rpmangin Just because there's no guarantee doesn't mean we shouldn't try. I say raise up a child in the way he should go, and he will not depart from it.

The way he should go is not what you think. He has already been instilled with the way he should go from long ago. Temptation is just a way for them to fall down and learn the why.

  • @WilliamTapley Quote from the voluntary human extinction movement website:

"In light of the tens of thousands of children dying of malnutrition each day, and considering the number of species going extinct as a result of our excessive reproduction, do you think it would be a good idea to create another of yourself?" If your answer to that is yes, then you are smart enough to pass on your genes, but you chose not to. If your answer to that is no, then you are not smart enough to procreate.

  • @rpmangin You can't blame the children dying from malnutrition on 'overpopulation'. Extinction of species is the same thing. What we can blame is the gluttony, greed, envy, and hatred of men. Eating animals for food requires about 50 times the land and energy in comparison to sprouted grains, fruits and vegetables. But no, we grow lots and lots of corn for those soft drinks that keep people sick.

  • @WilliamTapley Vegan or not, there is no way the current birth rate is sustainable. Plus, in order for people to be able to go vegan year-round with a low energy impact, EVERYONE would have to move to the tropics, and the tropics can't hold 7 billion people. Plus, it's actually the food that is processed and manufactured to extend shelf life that expands the food supply to support the world's current population. If everyone attempted to go LFRV, there would be mass starvation.

  • @rpmangin So people eating mcdonalds and getting obese are healthy and okay? It's not the quantity of food but the quality that matters. Maybe it wouldn't be a bad thing if people just consumed less? Maybe if people farmed the land and stored up for winter, there wouldn't be mass starvation? There's no excuses in today's day. We can sprout indoors and still eat raw.

Sure the obese would go through withdrawals, but it would be good for their health...

  • Comment removed

  • @rpmangin Who wants to eat sprouts for the rest of their lives? What's the alternative? Big macks and shortened lifespans? Pain for the rest of your life? Yea, the tradeoff is amazing! Not.

You have to 'grow up'. Just like when mommy had to feed you your veggies with your junk food. Mommies protection (glutathione production) gradually diminishes as you get older till the point where it is virtually non existant. At that point you're fending for yourself and need anti oxidants.

  • Harley when you went vegan how long did it take to make the complete transition. Im a vegetarian but i'm having a hard time getting rid of the bread and pasta. what helped you never go back to all that crap. giving up eating meat was no problem at all. its just the milk n cheese n bread. thank you u fing rock!!

  • @jillr0 Hi! Amazing work so far getting rid of meat! Cheese is the most difficult one, dairy contains caseo morphine, so it is addictive. Try substituting it first with "fake" cheese, and just eat loads of bananas and dates! I still eat bread, but will move to Thailand and they have lousy bread.. so I will be going on to fruits there again! Also go crazy on whole foods, if you still eat cooked foods (I do), then rice and potatoes is your friend. :)

  • I think this guy should have reconsidered not having kids. The world needs more proper men having kids.

  • @comfykittydesigns Hi...no he did not take baby formula. Actually he was given goat's milk. His mother unfortunately did not want to breast feed. It's puzzling how some end up with this trait. He is very high functioning and does well. Thanks.

  • Below : Her likes change daily so sometimes it's a bit tough to get somethings into her system but for the most part she can just replace one fruit with another. On the excercise part my wife is in good shape but fairly small 44 Kgs and she was having a lot of pains in her sides in weeks 9 - 11 our doctor recomended not doing to much excercise before week 12 when the baby is "firmly" embedded in the Uterian wall and he did say sleep as much as possible remain as low stress as possible. Cheers.

  • Harley my wife is 11 weeks pregnant. I have used a lot of your information from all of your previous videos. (Thanks). There is HUGE pressure here in Vietnam to drink a ton of milk or powder supplements. Fortunately our doctor agrees with not drinking milk and eating alot of DURIAN, AVOCADO and RIPE PAPAYA. Maya has found that eating as many bananas as possible has really calmed her morning sickness. We are very fortunate there is a big variety of fruit here in Hanoi because here likes

  • it's "on the Down Low", not "on the Low Down"

  • With all due respect, and you are someone I have tremendous amount of respect for I couldn't disagree with you more.Suggesting that having children will have a negative consequence to someones life is just ridiculous. And I'm sorry, friend, but using your friends experiences on having children of their own, without having any yourself, is a tad rich. If you don't wish to have kids, more power to you. But children are a gift, to suggest otherwise is really just plain stupid.

  • My kids are Vegan though not raw. I get shit from other parents but then they look at how much healthier my kids are and that is great activism. I don't keep it lowdown

  • I know that you want listing to this, but I find it ironic that Durian Rider often critizice Joseph Mercola, but also himself say the same BS about vaccine and other types of evidence based medicine. So the truth, there are no mercery in most vaccine and hasn't been in a long time. And autism is very genetic, autism has never been linked to vaccine in any good study and many people believes that autism shouldn't be cured. You may critize Joseph Mercola but you have a lot in commun with him.

  • I liked children but I wasn't able to eat a whole one. Now I'm off the meat - I definitely stay away from them.

  • @comfykittydesigns That seems to be an ongoing debate. My stepson is autistic and NEVER had vaccines as a baby.

  • @comfykittydesigns if you can find a naturopathic doctor, they can do immunity testing for all the things one would normally get vaccinated for. So that's no vaccinations, they just take one's blood and test for immunities. In North America I think it costs about $150 to get immunity tested for a bunch of things, for other places, I'm not too sure, but $150 is pretty cheap for possibly preventing health defects such as death, autism, etc from vaccines. LFHCRV lifestyle = higher immunity

  • What if I'm a man and I have a baby?

  • thre is also shazzie

  • my girlfriend had no strech marks i met her at 168pds and at the end of her 1st trimester she was 127.

Situps, long walks, stairs all the way to the 8th month. Vegetarian diet, seasonal, and NO VACCINES. Labor was EASY, about 30mins with the doc, no problems and no stretch-marks...why?? she didnt get fat, which 90% of women do. "Eat for two!" hilarious.

  • having kids, is like having little you's.

  • So my advice would be, eat mostly alkaline foods such as cantaloupes, watermelon, spinach, bananas, dates, figs, apricots, peaches, celery, apples.. Be sure to always eat the freshest, ripest, organic food you can find.. If you are too eat nuts or seeds be sure to soak them or germinate them for appropriate lenght of time. Many blessings to you, your unborn child and your future family. As Harley mentions its not a easy task in this society, but there are many of us who will support eachother!!

  • Regarding stretchmarks and also all kinds of scars, this is a issue of toxicity/acidity. What I mean is that you won't get any stretchmarks or scars or any kind of problem with tissue if you eat a diet that consists of mostly (80 percent?) alkaline food. If you do however, live on fried chicken and mashed potatoes then you will have problems healing your tissue and scars/stretchmarks will be inevitable..

  • McDonald's Deficiency. lol

  • @comfykittydesigns Look up 'b12 shots to cure autism'.

  • if the eugenicist trolls come to the door for your children shotgun'em. cowardliness is the enemies only power source. stomp the degenerate leeches, don't hide under your bed from them.

  • Vaccines are safe.

  • @lehman check out "Frontline: the vaccine war" on netflix

  • @ColdIndian1 I was the sickest out of my three brothers. We all got fed the same diet.

There is not a single nutrient that we get from dead animals that we cant get from plant foods or manufacture ourselves.

Too many parents fail to breast feed for sufficient length of time. Too many parents ignorantly calorie restrict their children. If a kid gets cancer from eating the SAD diet, its the kids fault. If a get gets a sore throat whilst eating a healthy diet, its the healthy diets fault lol!

  • Comment removed

  • @ColdIndian1 i know this is a childish comment and I apologise for it in advance, but did noah put the animals on the boat to save them, or so that we could eat them for dinner?

  • @durianriders "There is not a single nutrient that we get from dead animals that we cant get from plant foods or manufacture ourselves." = BULLSHIT. Please tell me where we can get Retinol, Vitamin D (not including sun), Vitamin K2.

  • @ColdIndian1 The only concern with babies would be B12 once the breast feeding phase passes. That would need supplementation. EFA's and aminos are present in most fruits and vegetables, just in small amounts. Add some nuts and seeds to their diet and you've got all their EFA's and aminos supplied right there. The problem, if there was one, would be not feeding the baby enough food/calories. If the baby is hungry, feed it.... don't wait till dinner time or w/e, just feed the hungry baby!!!!!

  • @ColdIndian1 probably a lack of calories, a lot of vegetarians/vegans don't understand the whole calorie thing, pregnant/lactating women need to literally double their calories (eat, eat, eat, and more eating, even when breast feeding... eat). You have to get enough calories as a vegan or you will fail. Dates, grapes, watermelon... high calorie-high sugar-low fat stuff

  • @ColdIndian1 I got into an argument with my sister yesterday (who eats meat/dairy) because she wants to stop giving her baby breast milk and give him formula instead when the baby is only 6 months old. There have clearly been so many studies showing the benefits of breast feeding until an infant is 2. She's simply not getting enough calories so it's hard for her to breast feed, and the not breast feeding is more convenient + more time for her so she looks for excuses to not breast feed.

  • More on midwives: Reclaiming Our Health by John Robbins. Awesome book, after reading it I would NEVER consider a hospital birth. Doctors are wack.

Vaccines suck. I had a yellow fever shot last year and felt like I had chronic fatigue for three weeks after!

  • 1:18 where is that said in the law?

  • 5:55

  • nice stash!

  • If you are pregnant look up ka sundance the raw food familys video it well help loads :D

  • how to train smarter than harder?

  • Pretty sad (however probably true) that one would even be inclined to keep it on the 'low down'. LOL. Agreed, it is one screwed up society when you do something for your children that is physically and emotionally beneficial, and have to worry about what the A-holes out there are saying/doing all out of sheer ignorance. Too bad you got a snipping, you and Freelea would make a cute little vegan baby! Haha.
