Aww Trav! Glad you got time to finish watching my video :o) I'm surprised you remembered to come back to it.Body builder Yeah, I still don't believe in my mind i can get there yet but i know its possible I just have to keep on keeping on. My brother is training for his first show. He has been hospitalized alot in the past few years because he is lost his spleen in a motorcycle accident. In the hospital he looses muscle mass. I"m sure he could enter now But he's trying to put more muscle on :o)
