@Grimmjow161 , its not hard its just fly much . you will know what your limits are with yet etc after a time . i did fail lots and lots in begin aswell but now i am unbeatable in the air.

one more tip : if someone is in your back or you want to turn fast use brake and turn , your turn is way faster like this and stabel . you can use afterburn to get fast away again ^^, . and i prefer execusher or something . if you get locked and you get shit on you just fly rounds and you dodge all missles :)

@100jameshond001 , if you brake and turn you can get easy aswell on an anemie back :) dont use heat seakers . use normal missles its way easyer to kill and way faster . i might take a vid of me flying with tips . ( xbox 360 )

@Grimmjow161 when flying in general, there is no left and right, only up and odwn FROM the cockpit. going left and right w/o is i think yawing, only use this when trying to aim more precisely. Other than that you mainly turn by just turning your jet to its side and moving up.

@Gaydimgordumverdim I had the same problem, to get flares you just need to disable 3 vehicles, and so I focused on taking out vehicles in the enemies bases. its easier on rush especially when the enemy have advanced further so they are less likely to be near their base. best map i'd recommend to do this on is Kharg island, just spray into the aircraft carriers dock hanger.

@lovinit19791 well I play on PS3 and I don't have that problem at all, because:

1) you can spawn directly into a jet, so there is no point camping at the jet's spawn point

2) this is what I do when Im in a jet, if there arent enemy jet and heli's into the sky (heli's can be very annoying for ground infantry), I look around in my cockpit and spot enemy soldiers and tanks constantly so my teammates know what to expect.

Like you say...you can spawn on the jets...so when people die they just sit on that screen waiting to spawn in a jet. This means half your team can be sitting on the respawn scren, all waiting for the jet to appear.

Thats my experience after playing it for a few hours.

@lovinit19791 Maybe you just had some bad luck that you were in a bad team, but trust me when you have the right team its just the best game ever. And to look around in your cockpit you have to press the down arrow on your D-pad and move with your right analoge joystick at the same time (while you are in the cockpit view, if you are in 3rd-person view it wont work) :D

Yep, flares. Amazing when eventually unlock them. Until that point, you just get your ass handed to you by missiles most of the time

Kinda pointless shooting those rockets, hardly hitting anything, let alone disable vehicles. If your gonna attack the ground, fly higher and dive down onto the target. Either way its good to fly high because you get a better overview. Randomly hitting q as you fly over the battlefield helps too as you will always spot multiple enemies.

Also landing outside boundaries to repair works just fine. You got a few sec before you die, just get in and out the jet while repairing.

@musicxbreaker Naw I play it in Inverted. So Up is up and down is down. If it's not inverted it'll be opposite. That really helps me :P I can stay in the air quite a bit :)

I always try to land my jet (or heli) outside the map boundaries just because it's so much safer. For planes, the highway on this map (Operation Firestorm) is perfect for this. You have 10 seconds before you get auto-killed which is long enough to repair just about anything. If you do need longer just hop back in the jet and then out again to reset the countdown.
