I'm not saying there is nothing to handwriting analysis, but I think there are to many variables to make a drastic definitive judgement like that, especially when accusing people.
Handwriting analysis also involves how people phrase their sentences... ie: people who write, "I am just so tired" versus people who write "I am so just tired". Of course you can't analyze someone's handwriting when they write on a computer, but you can analyze their sentence phrasing.
I don't think I have written an actual full sentence in handwriting for about 10 years. My initials on equipment inspections and my signature on checks and charge receipts, thats all.

Forensic handwriting analysis involves comparing line quality, diacritics, measuring slant angle, measuring spacing, height ratio, baseline habits and more. Handwriting analysis involves trying to determine if something is a forgery, or comparing for example a ransom note to an exemplar from a suspect. It has nothing to do with personality. i wouldn't rely on this 100% to personality analyse anyone, for a start the fact you can control how your writing appears means you can write like whatever you want to seem as. but of fucking course how you do anything does say things about you as a person. we even see this online! people using caps when they are angry for example. if there was a pressure tablet effect to bold font, we'd see rage in darker more bold font too.

To expand on the point I made in my previous comment my handwriting is different almost every time I write. Sometimes I write small, sometimes I write large, sometimes I write in all caps because I like the way my capital letters look more, and sometimes I write on the lines in notebooks rather than between them as if the line were crossing the letters out. Does this mean every time I write I'm going through personality changes? I doubt it.
In my college psychology text book it said that studies done on handwriting analysis found that the average person had about 50/100 accuracy on determining who was a secretary based on their handwriting. The handwriting experts did worse than the average person and worse than flipping a coin...
I realize that this may have been a faulty study (after all handwriting analysis is more about personality than what job the person has) but ever since I read that I haven't trusted hand writing analysis

I have a friend who worked at the FBI, and saw some VERY wacky handwriting samples. It's all stroke patterns, folks, there's no hocus pocus to it. Just because handwriting looks neat doesn't mean there aren't "evil" streaks in their personality. A seasoned analyst would find them. Very accurate.
@CrazyIMG I actually have! There's a cool little thing called the "Handwriting Wizard" or some such, Bart used to have it on his site. You looked at the sample letters, then compared to what most looked like your own writing, as I recall. I was pretty amazed at how accurate it was. I have also had my handwriting analyzed by a few experts, including the guy at the FBI and an analyst in Argentina!

Beyerstein, Prometheus Books, 1992. It found that it was worthless as a predictor of personality. Sargur Srihari, a professor of computer science at the State University of New York at Buffalo also conducted an exhaustive study that has almost dismissed graphology as a legitimate science.

Many US courts have now rejected admission of handwriting testimony. At best it will go the same way as phrenology, paranormal investigations, creationism, and other bizarre medical therapies such as magnetic therapy. Recently the Hadron Collider ran a test that brought into question Einstein's theory of Relativity. Its findings have been turned over, however. The point is that science is all about real results, not simply theory. This guy has nice ideas, but they are just ideas.

How lame. Handwriting, AT MOST, can only show signs and traces of a person's overall demeanor. Or not even that much, perhaps only how they were feeling at the time they wrote what they wrote. Something as complex as "evil" or "bad penmanship" is beyond handwriting interpretation. Even what the person has written can't be taken for certain. Can't really judge a person solely on their handwriting.
