@wasitrealy yes, to overclock a card you need good cooling. Too much heat is not good for the card and will shorten its lifespan.

Its stock, and Idle it was around 50-55 celcius playing a game it got up to 70-75 which is a little high

Are you using integrated graphics, Or a laptop?

Laptops use Integrated graphics(Usually) which means that its not an actual graphics card, its built into the motherboard, most times integrated graphics cannot be overclock and its not a good idea to overclock it if you can.

It means you make your card run faster than it comes as default. Doing so can add stress and heat to your card and sometimes decrease its lifetime. Basically your making your card perform better, but work harder.
