If you look carefully you will see this guy is hacking. When it zooms in on his action bar he has Death wish and mortal strike, which is impossible pre BC. Also if you look at his buffs, he has reckoning which is a paladin ability. Also he has a healer in the background the whole time, every time his health gets low he gets healed.
