  • gracias por compartir esta joya, excelente trabajo

  • I was really confused whether this was genuinely America or Graham Nash... awesome song, never fails to fill me with joy :)

  • OMG This is such a beautiful song <3 Gerry Beckley you are awesome!

  • america's legite, i usually wouldnt like similar bands but this has some good memories to go with it

  • every other commercial on TV uses upbeat stuff like this to sell crap we don't need and they never get it right! Music should only sell it's own truth!

  • Snippets of this song came into my head, and I laughed when I recognized it!! I was about 8 when my big sister owned this album, and to hear it again on YT gives me goosebumps. There's PLENTY of good NEW music out there too, so please stop the whining, and make reccomendations. Not everone will like every suggestion, but a new path just might be laid for you-- Pat Matheney-Letters From Home(jazz) Beck- Quero(rock/hip-hop) White Stripes- any song (Rock) Thanks for the memories, ChrissyKim

  • one of the best band ever

  • Wonderful song. Another great one Chris reminded me of.

  • Makes you wonder how we got from here to where we are now. Going downhill I suppose. Though it is great to have YT to see and hear all the greats that we have had in the past. Maybe the pinnacle of music has already been reached and it just simply cannot get any better than this. I'd like to think that very similar music of the same ilk and quality could still be produced. Possibly the time and place of culture are crucial to the inspiration and passion that creates such masterworks of music.

  • @dan7dees well said, and would take way too much time to fully express my feelings towards it, but ill at least say, music before '85 rocked, they actually produced, with actual instruments, and actual chords, and their lyrics weren't controlled to maintain a corporate 'look' for selling... see... lol I just haven't the room for this. but you get it. :D Peace!

  • i can't help to sing along!..thanks America for the music.

  • take it easy and get it onward!

  • Simple, magnificent harmonies. . . .almost forgot how great these guys were. . . .RIP Dan Peek, and God bless. . . . .thanks for posting!

  • The electric guitar that comes in at about 2:15 was actually recorded backwards. I think it was a tribute to some of the things the Beatles had done in the recording studio a few years earlier.

  • @chowpuppy The incessant eighth-note piano chording is totally suggestive of many Beatles tunes as well.....

  • A masterwork...

  • It really IS one of their best.

  • Their best....hands down....

  • RIP Dan Peek. Thank you for the beautiful songs that you have left behind. You will never be forgotten.
