There's a few ways depending on what you are doing but the crudest way that actually works quite well is simply to put a small mic under your headset ear peice. If you watch the Sportcruiser peice you can see the wire hanging down from inside it. There are so many lessons we've learnt doing this :-)

Very nice! just woundering how do you hook up the audio that your hearing in your headsets to the camara i have been trying to figure this out.
