@CotnMoney BS...doesn't matter what your MOS is, it depends on the unit. POGs get attached to grunt units either individually or with the unit "S" shop, especially at the batallion level. As an 0231 in 2007, I was rolling around armored humvees with the rest of the guys in the desert. The whole "you're not a rifleman so you don't deploy" thing is a myth.
