  • Apparently everyone thinks HD and big screens are great, even though they have to be positioned farther from the viewer. I won't care until panoramic video/headsets become standard. Have you tried viewing this across 3 monitors?

  • fail

  • How did you do this? Please let me know.

  • sweet man, good job!

  • You could possibly make a horror movie using this idea.

  • I did that in 1972 and now you gave me a flashback.

  • I totally wanted to make something like that. Guess I'm late on the ball. SWEET!!!!!!!!!!

  • find a way to project it then it Really would be an experience

  • Lenses too expensive....:(

  • make your own, that's what i did...

  • Or use some panoramic programs... :)

  • how so? You need a panoramic image in the first place... maybe attatch 4 cameras together!? :)

  • :] lol

  • anyway,I love soo much panophotos...

  • how do I make my own?

as i know all I need is a chromed sphere, right?

  • yep, chrome sphere and some kind of software to do 'polar coordinates' (or similar?) effect to unwrap the image to a panorama.

  • good lord! This is sooo trippy, i had to stop at about 0:46 cuz i was gettin dizzy

  • Looks great. How did you unwrap the donut?

  • Polar coordinates filter

  • Real horrorshow! It'd be creepy in a horror movie.

  • hi iam a first timer here .just watched the pano ramic vieo experiment i have seen a review of an actual film system that worked, you stood inside a mirrored dome and the prjector was over head and the sphere was on the floor the pictures that the mag had were very impressive.i think the system was german ,this was in the sixties i havent seen any thing else about it since .this was in the early days of stereo experiments

  • Cool, I want a 360 lens too.

  • Wow!

    Pity Kubrick didn't see this.

Would have been perfect for THE SHINING!

    You're onto something here.

    KEEP CREATING!

  • wow - very cool!

how did you climb the stairs so smoothly?

  • thanks! I carried the camera on a closed tripod with random heavy object tied to the bottom of the legs, for a slight poor man's steadycam effect :)

  • muy chula, la verdad es que habeis hecho lago aparentemente sencillo pero que da un efecto manual que está genial

    nos vemos!

  • Wow. A great DIY innovation. Keep up the thinking and tinkering!
