  • @jonpicasso I think it is the author of the original MIDI file's attempt to simulate the wind sound using the limited available sound pallette of the general MIDI format.

  • It's amazing how good a simple MIDI can sound through an internal wavetable synth isn't it? I think it came out pretty good.
