how do u change the buses forma a zip folder to make them work on MM2

@LegoTransport99 Unzip them using WinRAR or 7zip. Then navigate to the game folder and paste the files in there. (Microsoft Games > Midtown Madness 2)

Download the zip file from the desired website (MM2x in google for example),extract it, then go to Computer > Local Disk > Program Files > Microsoft Games > Midtown Madness 2. Paste the file there (it should be an AR file) Hope this helps.
