Well, yes. But Dancing Mad doesn't fit Celestia at all. So while the scene is FF6, it's also unquestionably epic in general, and can stand a music swap given that all the characters have also been replaced.

Though personally, I far prefer the version that uses Cantata Mortis/God in Fire. One-Winged Angel seems more appropriate to Nightmare Moon.
