Nice interview! Really nice explanations. Conversational style is nice - dialogue. One thing you could try to improve your format is adopt a regular interview seating arrangement - e.g. interviewer faces the interviewee or at a 90% angle. Try to experiment. The audio volume is okay - are you using the inbuilt mic? Could try an external mic closer to the speakers or a clip on mic. Could try some simple editing too - e.g. the tea break!! Great work! Keep it up!
