  • That put a smile on my face :)

  • SHADOW!

  • Hahaha what a bundle of fun !! :) so energetic

  • Reminds me of my GSP, whom I sadly lost recently. (She was 14) She was larger of course, and could actually get the ducks, which I had to discourage greatly. Love the energy here, and a beautifully marked dog.

  • What a lovely little dog!

  • Lol, I love how your fox terrier hops in the water!

  • soo pretty!! is he a male or a female? how tall are they at 5 months? what about the weigh? thank you!!

  • Beautifull dog :)

  • good boy

  • I like how it jumps in the water!

  • that was funny how he could hop thru the shallow water after the ducks, these dogs have amazing talents, I ve seen one dive in a hole and pulled a huge mole out of nowhere within 3 feet down and they are fun to play with regarding their size. they are such companions , very royal as long u treat em right.

  • I recently lost my fox terrier had her for 17 years she has so smart and had so much energy she was crazy eventually old age got to her and her organs were shutting down was the worst day of my live having to get her put down took me weeks to get over it they are a amazing breed

  • @nash3timemvp your post was so sad. My Misty is 16 and totally deaf now but still up for a walk. I just dread the day when we lose her. They are smart, loyal and very loving. We've had 3 over the past 28 years and wouldn'y have any other breed.

  • @nash3timemvp It's told that some dogs, just before die, go and abandon their owner because they don't want the owner to see then die.

  • Reminds of my SFT when we took her to the beach (winter, no people around).

We were afraid she was going to die of a heart attack because she did not stop chasing the seagulls and screaming (not barking) at them all day.

  • the nicest and most clever dog i ever had. my best friend

  • very smart dogs. mine was a bit barky, though. damn, he never shut up.

  • @Reviewmmo idiota sei tu

  • lololol what a trip

  • Amazing energy !

  • I had a fox terrier from about 1960,when I was five, until I was almost eighteen. He was just a wonderful dog. He used to follow me to school and try to hide behind a gate or tree when I looked back. He was really smart. It was like losing a child, when he finally got old and died. This was in County Durham UK

  • beautiful breed it is honestly my favorite. I have a fox terrier as well

  • cool lil pootchie you have :)

  • I love how the dog bounces up and down in the water

  • Can't believe that this isn't our foxie, they say everyone has a double. Gave us a great laugh and watched it over and over. They are an amazing breed and very hard to find these days here in Australia. Thanks for sharing.

  • great video, really captures her spirit!

  • Evil? I quess you mean a good evil. Persistance. I just love this video!

  • Again, a great video. a true fox.

  • i like how he/she runs/hops in the water,lol

  • those dogs are so energetic,my neighbor has a black n white one,lil kids were chasing him around, lol

  • We have Smooths, show them. Mine, 3 years ago caught a Robin in flight!.. messy as heck. She also stalked a squirrel and came with in 3 feet of it.. took her an hour!

  • fox terriers are evil

  • Such patience and peristance . great little dog

  • Cute dog. I have a miniature Fox Terrier cross Chihuahua cross. Is that a purebred Fox Terrier? :)

  • Does your fox terrier bark a lot? We just adopted one and he has only yapped once in four months. Was wondering if that was normal or a personality thing for him. He is an older dog. 5 years.

  • sweet dog... terriers are just the best dogs!XXXXXX

  • Do these dogs swim? My Amstaff would have swam all the way across that pond if he really wanted to get to the ducks. H wouldn't do anything with them but he would have gone to see what they were about.

  • Wow! Cool video and the perfect song to go along with it. You're very talented with your Reel Dogs Productions. Was fun to watch, loved the song too.

  • Again, will have to place another comment. Perfect song to the video, and the breed. They never give up. More ducks, smaller pond, different outcome. :)

  • She looks quite a bit like mah man "Buster" except he has a one sided saddle. Also he has darker browns, and one front leg is about an inch longer than the other. Heh

  • She looks exactly like my smooth fox. Same markings same places. Except mah man "Buster" has a little darker browns.

  • I had one - she left me in 1997 and I loved her a lot. She was smart, fast and very kind. Always playful, everyday was a laugh ^^

  • gooddd hahahahahaha

  • Great video ... I have a Wire Hair Fox Terrier. The Smooth Hair looks a lot like a Smooth Hair Jack Russell Terrier.

  • I am the luckiest men on earth I own a smooth fox terrier, which I love to death, my ex wife kept every thing I said I will keep Jack.

however he shed a lot, is there anything i can do to make him shed less hair?

  • @saleman101

    RE: SFT and shedding.

Purchase a good stripping comb and learn to strip out

the dead hair. This will keep down the shedding.

  • I loved watching her hopping all over the place to catch the ducks. she is so cute. we had a fox terrier bitch named pudding and she left us in 2005. i miss her so much and your dog reminds me so much of her. god bless her!

  • LOL Great! :-)

  • i use to have a smooth fox terrier

  • Ahahaha, oh goodness. She's a lovely Foxie, and I was in stitches laughing at her antics as she bunny-hopped through the pond!

  • haha, awesome, I love those little terriers

  • So much energy... Amazing.. I just got poopped watching this little dog. :)

  • i have one of these. CRAAAZYYY little mutts. I swear they have never ending speed and energy.

  • your dog is beautiful. I have 3 fox terriers. they are so fast like yours! and i love how yours hops into the water!

  • @Mem1061 i have a fox terrier smooth, just like this one only he's black and white, they are so smart and energetic and he loves to swim!!! They are so adorable when they sleep! (Which they barley do) LOL

  • foxies are awesome dogs...mine is like this as well

  • So cute!

  • @DuhhDogsRule14 Thanks:)

  • did he get one in the end

  • @alexandermorrisey Never got one. :) The ducks were not very impressed actually.

  • great song to the video. a true fox terrier,

  • @KVFKID Thanks!

  • awesome :D great music to match!

  • My smooth, Chili, now has prick ears- they flopped til she was 3, then for about 4 mos they took turns standing up, it was funny, finally they both stayed up. I heard that showdog folks sometimes paste ears to keep it from happening, but I don't care! BTW- this dog is ADORABLE!! : )

  • Incredible energy, and so cute the way they run and jump.

  • My smooth fox terrier died last december, she was 15 years old...she used to jump in snow and water exactly like yours....

  • I'm so sorry to hear that. I actually got this dog last December. She came from a rescuer group when she was ten months old. They're so athletic. I love watching all the maneuvers she comes up with for water and snow. Thank you for commenting!

  • hei cool nice jumping :D

  • I love this dog!!! I've had the same a few years ago... god bless you my favorite race...

  • Thanks!

  • My fox terrier/iceland sheep dog loves the water and jumps in the sea without thinking and we are talking the north atlantik with temps down to 0 - 1 celsius or 32 - 34 fahrenheit. And he keeps chasing geese :)

  • Hi Casey's mom again

My Fox Terrier Casey's ears are standing up I liked it so much better when they didn't before, Does any SFT owner know if there is any way to make them go down again He is 3 1/2 years old Thanks

  • OURS IS NAMED CASEY

they are fun smart little spitfires and ours swims all the time in our pool until we force him out and gate him away from the pool too much fun they are !!!!

  • Aww... my foxie doesn't go anywhere near water XD 've tried teaching him to swim but Rodger just doesn't like swimming, lakes, beaches, and most importantly... baths XD

  • shes so cute and bouncy just like our one.

  • Reminds me of my Smoothie, Loueez,

R.I.P.... Time for me to get another, Thanks for the post.

  • Aww!!! i want her!!!! *steals doggie!* She's adorable :P

  • No doggie stealing! LOL Thanks for commenting!

  • Lol :P No problem! She really is cute though =]

  • Great lessons in persistence, staying focused, going for it, and practicing a new skill...this Fox Terrier was not trying to get a Duck, she was duck herding. I should know, I love a Jack Russell.

  • wow, looks like she has lots of energy :P

  • Very well !

  • That's pretty cute - bouncing energetic intensity bundled in fur!

  • Determined girl!

  • That's the strangest looking retriever I've ever seen.

  • LOL - That's what the ducks thought. The tiny bouncing wonder just didn't strike the fear into their hearts that a Golden or Chessy might.

  • that was too cute :D

  • Thanks :-)

  • CUTE

  • Haha awesome!!!!! =D
