  • This made me cry and feel very sad.

  • as a mother, looking at the picsi dont see a mother that would put her daughter in any danger. i see a loving mother that would do anything for her child. i would do the same for my daugter. i say she is innocent and she should be free.

  • @DYLANSMOMMA05 I LIKE THYS NOT ONE TIME ANY ONE METTION SHE HAD A BABY BOY I FEEL SO SORRY FOR HER KNOING THE OTHER FAMILY HATED HER JUST KAUSE THEY TOOK UP FOR THEY SON..YOU PEOPLE NEED TO GET IT TO GETHER WHYTS RITE IS RITE AND WHYTS WRNG IS WRNG!!!IM DWN FOR YALL 100 AND TELL THEM TO STAY OFF YOUR POST THANKS

  • @69misstaylor i'M WITH U ON THAT GIRL!!! Itruely believe she loved her doughter and would not knowimgly allow him to abuse her child. She lost a child in a horrible way at the hands of a man she trusted. ANd she rea;;y didn't get a chance to grieve for her doughter. Then on top of that she had her newborn baby taken away. This is insanity!!! She should be at home ablt to take care of her new baby and to also have the chance to griev for her doughter that passed. FREE KELSEY'S MOM NOW!!!!!!!!!!!

  • You forgot a few things.. 1) Raye Dawn began drinking a lot in the period just before Kelsey's collarbone was broken. That's now she met Porter. 2) It was Kathy Briggs who took her to the Dr. when they were discovered to be broken. 3) That DHS instructed Raye that Kelsey was not to be around Porter (but she took her around him anyway) 4) Kelsey told Raye Dawn that it was "daddy Mike" who was hurting her.

The coroner's report doesn't lie. Please everyone read it along with court transcripts.

  • @dravenousone no really, I didnt forget a thing, about the drinking, were you there? if not then how can you possible say that she was drinking a lot, or that drinking contributed to that injury? Kathy Briggs was NOT the first to take her to the doctor, as stated she let Kelsey go for 2 days in pain, when Raye picked her up she took her in, Kathie took her back in later, and lastly the visit where she said that to Raye was directly after her visit with Kathie, she could have been coached.....

  • @dravenousone I have read the "trascripts" which are not actual transcripts but the notes of a biased reporter, You may be interested to read the visitation logs though, they are written by the officials, not a reporter and are factual and insightful.

  • this almost (I said almost) reminds me of my father's side of my family, My mother got custody of me, and now none of them will talk to me.

  • OMFG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! KELSEYY :'(((((( this is the most depressing story ever. holy crap I cant believe I never knew about this :'( omg kelsey is a little angel.. portor is a douche,.. free kelseys mom. ... <33

  • i cryed.....gosh i am going to post this on facebook

  • i cryed.....gosh i am going to post this on facebook.com

  • another thing, a broken collarbone is not a normal toddler injury

  • @cosangel88 i agree thats NOT a noraml toddler injury yeah they fall and gets scrapes and small brusing on ther little legs from being clumsy ( and yes toddlers are clumsy) and bump their heads for not being careful but no broken bones or anything like that. when my nephew started walking he would use this coffee table to stand himself up his hand would slip off the edge of the table he would fall and hit his head on the coffee table cry & do it again now hes 6 and stubburn but very smart

  • @sw20008 for everyone who swears that it is not a normal toddler injury, it is and is in fact the most common type of childhood injury. If you go to babycenter(dot)com and lookup broken collarbone it will back up what I am telling you. I tried posting the link but it will not let me.

  • @dylansmomma05 All the people that i know that has kids have not broke their collarbone no matter how hard they played or what the've done, no one I knew as a child growing up has not broken their collarbone so I do not believe that it is a "common childhood injury" I am sorry but i dont. Now a broken leg, broken arm, busted lip, cuts, scraps, brusing(from playing) burns (form kids being curious) those are a common child hood injuries.

  • @sw20008 just because you havent seen it doesnt mean it isnt the truth, do the research, the proof is in the writing, the collarbone is the most commonly injured bone in children because it takes the longest to harden, visit the website I told you about and do the reading.

  • @dylansmomma05 it seems like your trying to start a argument, but its not going anywhere so you can stop trying to troll everyone and go find something else to do.

  • @sw20008 um first of all I'm not trying to start an argument, I simply recommended you do the research before inserting yourself into a topic, as for "trolling" this is my video so if your too lazy to do the actual research and have an intelligent conversation without throwing poo like a chimp at the zoo perhaps you should find something else to do.

  • @dylansmomma05 you are trying to start an argument, in order to break a collar bone you have to have a lot of force to do so yeah kids bones are soft but it still takes a lot of force to break a bone. i am not lazy its common senceto know that a broken collar bone is NOT a normal common childhood injury, you can stop your trolling and you can find something else to do its over.

  • @sw20008 this is the last comment I am going to respond to from you, your wasting my time, I get an email alert everytime you leave a comment so you can call it trolling or whatever you like, point is pure and simply if your going to be lazy and refuse to do any reading then its like talking to a brick wall, i'm going to end this conversation with a few FACTS, search "broken collerbone toddler injury" in yahoo and you can verify it all

  • @dylansmomma05 im not lazy to do the research ive done the research u also didnt mention a few parts in ur comments wich ill post.

  • @dylansmomma05 Some people can break their clavicle without any trauma. These people usually have weak bones either from a genetic cause (they were born with it) or from an acquired cause (such as osteoporosis or cancer). Even more rarely, a physician may have to break the infant's collarbone in order to deliver the baby safely. This only occurs when a process known as shoulder dystocia develops. There are many other techniques available to overcome this, so it is rarely practiced today.

  • @sw20008 My toddler fell and broke her collarbone Is this an unusual injury? Not at all. The collarbone is the bone most often broken (fracture) in childhood. Children are prone to breaking collarbones because they don't harden until adulthood. The clavicles, or collarbones, are the long bones that help connect the shoulder girdle to the rib cage. A break can happen when a toddler falls on her shoulder or on an outstretched hand. Babies can even break a collarbone during a difficult delivery.

  • @sw20008 The collarbone is one of the most commonly broken (fractured) bones. Young men ages 13 to 20 break it most often. Younger children have greater chances of a broken collarbone during play.

    From WebMD(dot)com

  • @sw20008 Clavicle fractures are extremely common. Broken collarbones occur in babies (usually during birth), children and adolescents (because the clavicle does not completely ossify, or develop, until the late teens), athletes (because of the risks of being hit or falling), or during many types of accidents and falls. • what happened to that precious child should have never ever happened! Yet it did. What really breaks my heart though, is imagining poor little Kelsey looking down from heaven & seeing the people she loves tearing each other apart! This should have always been about her, It's painfully obvious her parents BOTH loved her, and she them. She suffered so much in life, must it continue in death?

  • the whole story is so sad.poor baby girl. you are a little angel.

  • I found this case on youtube and went to the truth about Kelsie smith web site. I have to say it's disgusting and despicable that the The Briggs family (a bunch of redneck hicks) were able to have any sway in the judicial system. After watching The Hurricane I didn't think these things still went on. SHAME!!!!

  • Kelsey's mum loved her, it's obvious. But she wasn't aware of the damage Porter was doing because she was in love with/needed him.

  • It's clear from these beautiful pictures Kelsey's mum loved her very much.

RIP Kelsey, your my friend xoxo

  • i spend hours and hours everyweek reading and looking at these clips. i feel really bad for raye dawn. youre in my prayers. you did everything u could as a mom and thats all that matters. only u, God, and kelsey know the truth and i hope they will find out the truth and set u free. im in tears everytime i look at the videos. God Bless you and your family. my family and i will be praying for you...

I Hate The Briggs Kelsey r.i.p

    raye dawn ur amazing x

  • I definately agree that if DHS didn't know who was abusing Kelsey, and neither did the Drs or judge, then how can her mother be held accountable?

  • When I first heard this story, I was outraged! Now, watching this I'm not sure what I believe anymore. If she is innocent, I hope she is freed and her son returned to her. If she is guilty, I hope that she doesn't get out.

  • If you have any questions never hesitate to ask, we're not as evil as people think ;)

  • Did Michael Porter ever hurt Kelsey before the night she died?

  • His daughter Whitney made a statement that he did hurt Kelsey in the past, but she stated that he would always do it when no one was around and the few times she saw him do it he always had an excuse ready to tell everyone.

  • look i feel bad for her but i mean i know that if i noticed my son (i have a boy) was getting hurt i would not let him go to those people anymore!! she should have noticed somethng man!!! when kids or babys are scared of something they show it and micheal lee porter was abusing her so i'm sure she showed some sort of emtion about that!!! sorry i think the mother just ignored it!! i know my baby is 6 mnths old and when he is scared of some one or something he shows it!

  • I completely understand your thoughts on this, I thought the same thing at first but after learning more of the case my opinion changed. Kelsey was drug from home to home for months, the doctors were all trying to pinpoint a medical condition because they all thought that her injuries were medical.

  • I have a son that is now Kelseys age; he has severe seperation anxiety, he wont go to anyone but me without throwing a huge fit and daycare is near impossible. After being away from her mother for that long, it was a reasonable assumption.

  • hope she is out soon!!! Kelsey only had her mothers attention and love. Truth would bring you back to your alive baby

  • ooohhhhhhhhh thanx

  • i WISH Raye came out of prison now its been too long and shes still in there possibly getting beaten up because prison is a horrible place i know an innocent women who went to prison for something she didnt do prisoners beat her up so badly after hearing the word child abuse. I hyope Raye is ok :(

  • Raye is ok she doing fine and everyone in prison belives her.dont worry she will be out SOON

  • Yes she will, the TRUTH (the real truth) will set her free! And then & ONLY then will Kelsey be "smiling down from Heaven"

    God Bless Raye & Kelsey!
