So I guess there is no specified torque value for the nut. I wonder why they're using nylocks and not castellated nuts like they used to. Retainer ring chaffing maybe?
How long has WW been using double nicos?? I used to make my own wires with doubles years ago, but thought I was being a bit redundant. I'm glad it caught on.
Odd that there is no oversized washer between the nut and the sprog wire thimble.
Cautionary note: Be sure the side wires are free of any twists before final installation or a kink could inadvertently develop when spreading the wings due to the wire's tendency for form a tight loop when twisted. 1x19 wire rope is very temperamental and once kinked in this manner it needs to be replaced.

Thank you Jeff....I I hope you are fine. What is the wire thickness on the T2 model 2010 and which is the thickness that you recommend?

Thanks for this very detailed video. Need to change my Combat's sidewire cables and your video finally encouraged me to do so.
