im having the same problem with my htc radar windows phone , i dont have a screen protector on it. i have tried to reset the phone and turn off the phone still no difference only time i put my finger over the sensor the screen comes on for a few seconds. i have ordered a new 1but does any one know how to turn the sensor off or isit just a common problem. If so htc sucks completely how are you gonna have call dialing how can u av a phone where u cant even hang up :S
If you have same problem, you should send it back for repairs. I have bought a new one, and it does not have this problem, so I would recommend you send it in for repairs...
hi im having the same prob with my diamond...even after a hard reset it does the same but not that often then urs :(...u can check my video response...btw even my brother has the same prob with his diamond...the rom's on both devices are 1.93.479.3 wwe, it's the standard rom from factory...if u have fixed this prob pls let me know

HTC SUCKS, THERE AFTER SERVICE IS PATHETIC AND THEY SAY IT ISNT A PHONE PROBLEM BUT A PROGRAM YOU INSTALLED......NEVER EVER BUY A HTC.

If you have same problem, you should send it back for repairs. I have bought a new one, and it does not have this problem, so I would recommend you send it in for repairs...
