Not legal in most cups/ladders/turnaments. I wish valve would fix this actually...a 10yo game really shouldn't have bugs... :P

And btw, you can do it in almost every single map and on every single bomb site.

Thats the thing, the game is too old if they fix all the bugs no there will be a big commotion because 1.6 was supposed to be the last version, and they would lose sales and valve would lose a chunk of their money. And also, you cant do it on "B" of D2, "A" of Inferno, "Lower" of Nuke, "A or B" on cpl_strike, "A or B" on cbble, or even "A or B" on cpl_mill, so dust2 nuke and inferno are the only maps thats actually so people that scrim don't really care. :)
