i downloaded the advanced batch converter from your link. apperantly its a stand alone (meaning it just runs from the folder). i used sheeva from mk3.

i put the pic in paint, clipped the pic of just her face & saved to the desktop.

the i opened in the advanced batch converter. when i click convert, i pick pcx, then the whole program just closes.wtf. should i just try getting this program on my own and not use your link or am i doing something wrong?

No it was easy to follow.It's just that i go through alot of videos and no one explains anything.Honestly I have no clue how to create characters simply because the information on the net is out of date and no one says a damn word explaining any of the new shit.For example the old fighter factory isnt even available anymore yet people continue to make videos using outdated programs and and sending us to links that were updated years ago.You know what I mean?
