It's a little weird to have David introduce Cook, who,as the winner of AI7, is considered the "Star" of the show. Archie's performance here is so good that it can only be the last song sung. If I were Cook, I'd be thinking '"I love Archie,but I can't follow him in the lineup." The audience is completely drained after Archie. Archie is just too good to have anyone perform after him,IMO, even someone as talented as Cook.

This video is too good and bliss you know I agree with you 100 million per cent. My advice now though would be to slip into some camouflage cuz when the cougars get wind of your statements they will have claws fully extended and teeth gnarling. Treborize, bring 'em on. I think Cook is a great guy and a talented and poised performer. He's just not in the same league as

Archie, and HE knows it. I saw an interview with Cook where he actually called for, half kidding, a recount in the voting, and seemed perplexed by the result. Cook fans, watch these performances by Archie. Don't believe me, believe your own eyes and ears. I just don't think Archie should be introducing anyone AFTER him. It's all over after him, why bother?

The only place to go after this performance is home. No one deserves to have to follow Archie on stage. Cook knows Archie was the real winner of AI7. He doesn't have to be reminded every night on stage.

well i just read somewhere that david cooks fans cheated and did something where there phone calls were worth like 1000 votes....so on 12000 votes would have beat archie...not 12000000

BlakeLewis, what I love about this year is the passion people like you and I had and still have for our favorite contestants. I am an ardent fan (I'm not a kid,btw)of DA because I love his singing, his song choices, and I love who is he as a person even more. I also think DC is a fine singer, a polished performer, and one of DA's biggest fans. I remember the Beatles, and I am telling you that no one since has received the level of fanatical support that I see given to DA. You see some of it here
