I think it was soy sauce, maybe with some oil too. You can thicken it with some cornstarch water while cooking. You can also substitute tofu, chicken, beef, shrimp, etc. I'd also try adding ginger, green onions/scallions, cilantro, etc.

It's easy. Get 150g of raw (idk) fish, 30g of green peas, 30g of red and yellow bell peppers, and 50g of green leaf. You cut up the fish and the vegetables, pre-heat a pan, pour some soy sauce in it, saute the fish/vegetables in the pan, then serve. Tha'ts what I got out of the video. Hope I helped!

I am assuming that when you say Chinese, you mean Mandarin. Taiwanese people speak Mandarin too, and that is what they are speaking in the video, but with a very different accent than Mainland Chinese. Taiwanese is a different dialect of Chinese that is a relative of the Hokken dialect.
