Soooo thankful for You Tube .... this is a great recording from back in the day. Anything David Gilmour touches only gets better! Thanks for posting it ScarlettK1985.
The bass player is Tony Franklin he did not play with Floyd as a group it was Guy Pratt who also played with Madonna , the fretless bass he used was JAYDEE Supernatural made famous by Mark king Level 42..
Bush wrote this with the title "Deal With God." Her label made her change it because they didn't think radio stations would play a song with "God" in the title
Think the bass-player's haircut might make it anything from 1985-88!!! Is he not Guy Pratt (the guy in Status Quo?) I love Dave Gilmour. To think, the end of his hair there was probably short when he first played 'Wish You Were Here'!!!!
@drawlbag You're right about the bass player. He ended up playing with Pink floyd for "Delicate sounds of thunder" and did a bunch of other stuff too...such as bass parts on Madonna's "Like a prayer".
kate is awesome...and very sexy.

this looks like its from like 87 or 88,just by the clothes and mullets and neckless guitars.Business in the front party in the back!

I'm not a fan of those neckless guitars. Great combo of musicians though. They make music lovely.
