First of all, if you look, you will see that you will no longer have that choice. When you purchase an item you will pay the 35 to 40% National Sales Tax. Hence, I don't care if you report your income or not, because every time you buy something, you are going to pay tax. In other words, we won't count on tax cheaters to declare their income anymore since they have to pay tax on whatever they purchase.
If you are not a tax paying citizen or have never paid taxes in the past, then your not a legal citizen or resident. If you are citizen and have paid, or a student who will pay from future earnings, then you should be educated. The government will reap this investment one hundred fold in tax revenue. If you are employed and paying taxes, you should have the right to health care also. Why not? Aren't you paying for it? Waste, fraud, mismanagement and collusion prohibit these basic necessities.
not a tax paying citizen is not a legal citizen or resident. Look around, ever seen a truck go down the road with pallets on back. Loaded to where it over the cab. In some cases there are 75 pallet on the load. And some pallet bring $7.00 each. That's $562.50. And non-taxable. That's right. People out making good money and not having to pay taxs.
I have 2 brothernlaws and a brothers that make their living that way. There is many ways of making a living that is nontaxable.
Sorry Angleboot, but if your are making money and you are a United States Citizen or Resident, then you owe taxes on earnings. The fact that someone earns income and doesn't remit taxes for them means that person is guilty of tax evasion. You are responsible for paying your taxes. If you expect to benefit from living in a particular country from its services, yet choose to earn income and not remit taxes on that income makes someone a criminal twice.
So you don't know what nonreportable income is do you?
But look at all the people selling on e-bay. Making income and not reporting it.
I can buy a gun from the guy arcroos the street for $20 then sell it to the guy 4 houses down for $40. I don'y have to report the the $20 income on the profit.
if I'm walking down the road and find a $100 bill, i don't have to report it.
If I go to a warehouse and ask for their pallets and sell it to a palletyard, I don't have to report it.

It says free college for all tax paying Americans. Does that mean anyone that does work can't go to college? I can go for that.
It says free healthcare for all tax paying americans. does that mean anyone that does not work get free health care? I can go for that.
