all of you are up in arms because you have never had to slaughter an animal for food. If you were surrounded by the death of animals constantly you would start to see them less as a living creature and more like a product in need of refining. Besides Im sure most of the reaction is coming from the noises the animals make. Just because a pigs death scream is more earsplitting than that of a human or a turtle...a cut throat is a cut throat. My uncle has a farm and he has dairy cows and beef cows. but he doesnt treat them like that at all....... he treats them so kindly. He would never hurt them.
