@kwazykilla87 Sorry but you're wrong. The Iranians have made massive progress in the last few years (since around 2002) and their weapons systems have reached high levels of advancement.

The Shahab 3D for example (not a "scud twin" at all) is now computer & satellite guided with onboard computers able to detect ABMs launched against it individually, and with thrust vectoring to re-plot it's course.

They now also build advanced cruise missiles etc etc.

As for the Shahab 3D that you speak of its really a Taep'o-dong-1/NKSL-1 from North Korea they are trying to modified it into a TD2 its been in development for 10 yrs now which means that its not in their arsenal yet. Cruise missle program resembles 1950,s era technology with all do respect Iran likes to talk big but their technology isnt where you think it is, anything worth mentioning are copies.

The only purpose of this weapon is to sell it. Looking at the aerodynamic shape, it's clear that this is a subsonic weapon. And judging by the terrible drag coefficient, I'll bet it maxes out at no more than about 750 km per hour. That makes it 100% useless against any NATO country or Israel. So clearly they are making this to sell it, because it would be a waste of money for them to have this in their own arsenal. I can't imagine countries buyin these other than South East Asian or African.
