From what I know it has been sealed since 2009 after some kids started a fire inside of it and the fire department had to come. I haven't actually been there for a while though, so I'm not sure the exact condition. There's some BMX kids that build jumps around the area all the time, so they may or may not have begun digging it back up. I can check the current status some other time if you'd like.

Up by the BMX ramps. Pretty much exactly at the end of Bolsa Chica street. There's just a fence you have to hop over.
