The series was filmed at Descanso Gardens. The beach episodes were filmed at Zuma Beach, Point Dume.

Great show and one of the best/most catchy theme songs ever for a TV show, in my opinion. It's solid all the way around. In the 90s, they actually put effort into making the theme song one that would catch on. They don't do that anymore.

I honestly thought the 90s version was better than the 70s version even though many think otherwise. I wish this show was mentioned along with the new Land of the Lost movie rather than just the 70s version.

Damn ridiculous this show only got two seasons.

Just so you know there was an earlier Land of the Lost in the 80's I remember watching it and the lizard dudes like the sleestack but different looking they have on the movie trailer were in the show. They are placing stuff from the much older version in it.
