  • MNA shouldn't have to compromise anything to get safe staffing. And many staffing ratios don't actually take into account patient acuity.

  • We have one of the best nurse to patient ratios in the country here in MN. But if "safe staffing" is really the issue, why is the MNA not compromising on other things like pay increases and pension, to get what they want with staffing?
