This was a 30th Anniversary of Star Trek Special if I am not mistaken because at the end every cast member got a plaque from Buzz Aldrin.

This was a 30th anniversary special that they did when Trek turned (yep, you guessed it) 30. And I always assumed that the Klingon was Kelsey Grammer. I'm probably wrong (meh - who cares if I am, lol).

@Aqxea Well, Kelsey Grammer did actually act in an episode of ST:TNG once (Cause and Effect). Maybe for some sort of continuity purposes or something, he didn't act in this. But I could be wrong; that episode was aired in 1992 I believe, and I don't know when this special was aired.
