To the person who wrote a previous comment the beatles and his own music is how he makes his living.

Plus he is Paul Mccartney he can play whatever song he likes at a concert and he will still rock, Mccartney his music history.

Has time goes on he just gets sexier and gets better at rocking the stadium or arena out.

Yeah it's not just that he doesn't want to play to empty stadiums. Musicthumbs stop being such a twat! The man really is a living musical legend and wants to carry on the spirit of The Beatles which was loved by SO many! If he toured new stuff he'd get more critiscism for marketing anything just on his beatles image. I thank Paul for carrying on the musical brilliance and giving great shows.

A good performance. Although it is ashame that Paul has not written a song since 1970 that most of those watching would know. Macca is growing old in the shadow of his past. People come to watch macca now only for the work that he helped John Lennon to write in the 1960's.

Well he only played beatles songs at the children in need concert. There is a reason for that - Most of those watching would not know his songs from 1983 onwards. That's not to say his songs are bad. It is to say that it is now very unlikely for him to write a big song like no more lonely nights, band on the run or hey jude. I have been to his concerts before and you can see people going for a break when he plays a song like English Tea.
