bahahahha k i saw this video at a movie festival.. and its not real! its actually all acted out. they didnt necesarily have a script, but they all just acted as if it was real life.. i actually got a chance to talk to daniel stamm and hes really sweet.. this is one of my favorite movies!!!
he killed him!!! HE KILLED HIM!!! yeah, i remember this watching on ABC7, it was this sick docmentry gone so horribly wrong or something. so, the this film finally come out. R.I.P Matt,
The Q&A after Saturday's screening at SXSW was one of the best I've ever seen. I thought this film was amazing at generating discussion and really made it about the drive of the characters and not about suicide. In the SXSW catalog The film was labeled as a narrative and it listed the actors in the cast. It didn't seem like a "Blair Witch" approach. This film was the most unique one I've seen so far at the festival. I hope it finds a distributor.
I went to the premiere of this at SXSW. It was intense. I thought it was real until all the cast who died in the "doc" came to the front... Amazing film making that redefines a genre.
Hey guys, wow, pleas be a part of From Here to Awesome with your film, would love to get this out to the world in a very dynamic and engaging way. I'll plan to check out a screen at SXSW, and let us know if you want hang out at any of our filmmaker round table lunches or Dinners we are doing for From Here to Awesome conversing on the future and how we can all get our films directly to audiences without needing gate keepers.
Very interesting concept... almost positive it will generate a LOT of buzz around the movie business...
It will be interesting to see what kind of people will go to actually see the movie (as the guy said, if they didnt show the person kill themself after an entire movie telling how and why they were going to do it, there would be no point)
But yes, a very original (and potentially legendary) film we have here.
this is disturbing
